| Senior Division |

The 2009 Mississippi Gulf Coast Open Championship will have a separate Senior Division that will be eligible to players 50 and older. Players electing to play in the Senior Division will not be eligible for scoring or skins in the overall championship. Players in the Senior Division will compete with only the players that have entered in the Senior Division for for both Skins and Division Prizes.

| Distance-Measuring Devices |

Distance-Measuring Devices:
In the 2009 Mississippi Gulf Coast Open Championship, a player may obtain distance information by using a device that measures distance only. However, if, during a stipulated round, a player uses a distance-measuring device that is designed to gauge or measure other conditions that might affect his play (e.g., gradient, wind-speed, temperature, etc.), the player is in breach of Rule 14-3, for which the penalty is disqualification, regardless of whether any such additional functions are actually used.

| Flighting Procedure |

| This event will be flighted after the second round of play. The Championship Flight will consist of the top 20 players and all players within 10 shots of the lead plus professionals. All other flights will have approximately 15 players in each. |

| Purse/Prizes |
|---|
The Championship flight will award prizes to the top 8 places. All following Flights will award prizes to the top 5 places. Amateur purse for each flight will be based on the number of total amateurs entered. Professionals will play for a separate cash purse based on the number of total professionals entered. A separate skins game will be played each day and open to amateurs and professionals.
Senior Division purse will be separate and based on the number of seniors choosing to participate in the Senior Division. A Senior Skins game will be played each day of which only players in the division will be able to participate.
